This is a creamy, one-crust apple pie with a crisp topping.  Great for those cold, rainy November afternoons!Ingredients | Sour Apple Liqueur Lcbo2 tablespoons all-purpose flour⅛ teaspoon salt¾ cup white sugar1  egg, beaten1 cup sour cream1 teaspoon vanilla extract¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg2 cups apples - peeled, cored and chopped⅓ cup white sugar⅓ cup all-purpose flour¼ cup butter1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pieDirectionsPreheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).Combine apples, 2 tablespoons flour, nutmeg, and salt.  Mix together egg, sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla;  blend into the apple mixture.  Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.Cream together 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/4 cup butter or margarine.  Set topping aside.Bake for 15 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), and continue baking for 30 minutes.  Remove pie from  oven, and sprinkle with topping.
