A light and fruity rum drink from the Bahamas. The ginger beer is a Bahamian secret; it's non-alcoholic and can be found at higher-end grocery stores. For added flavor I use a pineapple rum.

Ingredients | Alexander Rum

2 cups pineapple juice

2 cups orange juice

2 cups rum

½ (12 ounce) bottle ginger beer

½ cup grenadine

Directions

Pour the pineapple juice, orange juice, rum, ginger beer, and grenadine together in a pitcher; stir gently.
