Simple Way to Pork Green Chili Sauce For Burritos

As i mentioned in the intro, this chili verde was one of the regarding the pickled red onions i used on top of my chili:

This rice dish is excellent in burritos as well as just as a side.

Ingredients | Pork Green Chili Sauce For Burritos

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup

1 cup sour cream

2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups instant rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

Mix celery soup, sour cream, green chiles, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl; add rice and stir to coat. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
